Can I get a custom-designed print on my boxes or packaging only?

And of course you can! We can produce any boxes and packaging on a custom basis, and our design and technical teams are specialized in creating them to fit your custom design requirements.

We positively do it. As a matter of fact, the modification of digital art is a service we offer to our dear clients at zero cost. When you order, just send us your digital artwork and our professional graphic design team will manipulate your digital artwork to print-ready artwork.

Box Materials & Printing

What are your materials in the way of custom boxes and packaging?

We have many types of material to choose from, which include bleach card, kraft card, art card, and bux board. We also provide various types of papers, which may include offset paper, matt paper, kraft paper, art paper, and book paper. We also have other available materials besides corrugated, rigid, and sticker-based materials.

We employ the most suitable and optimal grade and material for all the custom boxes and packaging unless otherwise specified or mandated, depending on your needs and requirements.

Naturally, you may! Filling out the custom quotation form, just state the grammage that you require. We will do our level best to get you that particular grammage. However, we will notify you and advise of the nearest better possible grammage that is stocked in case the intended one is not available.

We do. In reality, many of our items are made of recycled content of at least 50 percent. Add to that, we use only 100 percent recyclable materials to leave behind as little a footprint as possible.

How to order a personalized box or custom packaging?

On a general ground, there are two ways of initiating the process of ordering. Initially, you can explore the various categories and products that are listed on our website and check whether any of the product suits your needs. In case there is, they contain a custom quotation form on each product. To start the order process for the product specified below, please fill out this form.

Second, in case you already have an idea of what type of box/packaging you need, you can go directly to using the Request a Quote tab on the home page. This tab will give you a quote form. To begin the ordering process, fill out this form.

The ordering process has 6 stages in total. The rationale behind the segmentation of this process into 6 stages is to make the process convenient to our clients and also reduce error margin. The stages are the following:

  • Select Your Type of Packaging
  • Initial Quick Custom Quote
  • Get a Digital Proof To Be Approved
  • Pay Confirmation of Order
  • Quality Production Dinks off
  • Order packed and dispatched

Yes, we do. When your digital artwork is ready to be processe,d we will send you a digital proof to approve.

The order becomes final/concluded upon being manufactured after the digital proof is provided to you and after we have received your payment.

When you choose the standard option, you will have to wait approximately two weeks, but when you choose the expedited option, the production will take approximately one week. There is an additional shipping time that will be added to these production times.

An order can be canceled before payment. Upon the receipt of the payment, however, the order cancellation option will remain closed.

An order can be edited until it is approved for the digital artwork sent through email. After approval of a digital piece of work, however, the order cannot be changed anymore. Nevertheless, even the term modification here is understood to refer to all but quantity-related modifications.

The quantity can still be modified even once the digital proof has been approved; however, before payment is received, we will have to send you an amended quote based on the variation in quantity. In the event that you intend to change the quantity, please email us and we will amend the quantity accordingly and re-email you with a revised quote.

Yes, discounts are provided on all bulk orders depending on the economies of scale.

An order of more than 5000 can be considered a bulk order.

Delivery & Shipping

Which courier service is best?

Almost all of our packages are shipped through FedEx, DHL, and UPS, even though we utilize various reliable and trusted courier companies to ensure timely fulfillment.

We do not have any exceptions to the states we ship to in the United States.

We ship purely by air cargo unless other specified or required. Shipment of cargo is far slower, and it can take 2-3 months. But in case you require sea cargo due to some special reason, do contact us and we will happily fulfil that.

Returns & Refunds

Do you take returns?

Generally, we do not take returns as all products are custom-made according to the particular demands of a customer. Nevertheless, as we aim at full customer satisfaction with their orders, do not hesitate to contact us in case you are unsatisfied in any aspect whatsoever. We will do our utmost to provide an optimal solution on a case-by-case basis.

Hypothetically speaking, in the case an order that you have received is fundamentally different to what you had locked during your order placement and/or that an order of another client has suffered replacement with yours, the client shall have a right to a partial/full refund, or an equivalent remedy, following a brief investigation into the facts of the case. And not to say that they are very rare cases rather hypothetically and there is no such incident since we started the business.

Unhappily, as a rule, no. Your case will still be carefully going to be scrutinized by our sales team on a case-by-case basis. Customers close their eyes to the fact that there will always be some differences, even though they may be minimal, because these aspects are inherent in printing modes.
